What software is the forum based on? (I'm guessing VBulletin) Did you make your own template/design for whatever forum framwork? Do you guys own servers?Or do you use webhosting? What's garrys password?

Used to have mod elections way back, which is how i got modded, but now it's pretty much up to us mods/garry. Don't be an awful poster and use the report feature often and if we need one you'll probably get nominated.

Everytime I upload an animated gif, the avatar won't animate. Currently I want [URL="http://i.imgur.com/4hjAt.gif"]this one[/URL]. It dosen't say it's too large, but does that mean it won't animate? If anyone could fix it, I would love you long time.

Are you actually trying that imgur link as a source? Obviously it's over the size limits...
