Seems like the old iOS JavaScript engine is broken due to Cloudflare.
I shouldn't bitch about the size.
But I don't remember the original size of the avatars for Blue members, I know it's 60x60 now. But what was it before that?
Used to be 80x80, then 64x64 and now it's 60x60.
I wish I made a nice big avatar that I liked while I still had the chance to.
and cloudflare got their crap together
problem solved
Does anyone have a problem with seeing what pm they have sent? I cant seem to be able to see the messages I have sent.
its a toggle in user cp> general settings
Is there ever going to be a rule (or currently is) where it's not allowed to start a fucking gun debate in every news article that mentions gun? It derails discussion of the actual article and just becomes a pointless argument.

SH threads always derail after the first couple of pages. it's always been like that and I don't see any reason for it to change. that's just the nature of the section. if you don't want to take part in the debate, you don't have to
[editline]1[/editline]
most people post articles knowing that they will result in an argument anyway
what is up with my chrome, i cant rate anybody and i cant post because the posting box at the bottom of the page is gone and when i go advanced ill try and post but it will say "post too short please make longer that 1 letter" or something like that

Works for me. Ctrl-F5?
So I've been wondering for a while now, what exactly is the difference between Useful and Informative?
Both can be used accurately in most if not all cases. I mean, I guess if someone fixes a video link or has some sort of file that can be downloaded it's more useful than informative, but both still apply.
Come to think of it, it seems useful would supersede informative in every case. Even if someone provides some random piece of trivia that wasn't necessarily asked for, useful still works in that it's useful to know that information, I guess.
Man analyzing the semantics of forum-based icons, I should probably sleep now.

Typically one doesn't rate gross or horrifying things useful.

useful is for when someone posts something that can actually be of use
informative is for when someone posts something that you probably didn't know or is just posting interesting facts on a subject

People use useful to call other people tools without being banned.

Just thought I should put that out there...

speaking of ratings, the dumb rating is the most useless rating in our arsenal, people just use that instead of actually replying to someone and telling them why they're wrong

Let's not start this again, I think we all know that garry does not plan on adding or removing any ratings.
Besides, he surely won't listen to the removal of the dumb rating, because so many people have complained after deluding themselves into thinking that when they make a dumb post and it gets one dumb rating, everyone gets on the bandwagon and rates them dumb.

I'd say Optimistic rating is more useless.
Unless you wanna point out how gay people are.
It should just be called gaybow.
simple
don't be dumb

What would funion do without it
I'd say optimistic has its uses, when someone says something that is very unlikely to happen and all.
Reckon there will ever be a more substantial FAQ when it comes to some of the questions here? I rarely view this thread but I see a lot of questions asked very frequently.

how do i turn it on in chrome?
What is the "limit" for a NSFW avatar?
As in how much can you show and how much can you imply?
how do i turn it on in chrome?
It's in the settings somewhere. I don't know where exactly.

Settings, Show advanced settings, Privacy Settings, click "Content Settings...", make sure it's on "Allow all sites to run JavaScript" and make sure it's not in exceptions.

I guess having a nude avatar counts as posting nudity in this case
Same reason you can't have gore or some other shit in your avatar

I'm just wondering if avatar this is report worthy. There's a ton of people who have avatars like this who seem to be getting away with it just buy censoring a bit.

The cum is debatable, but the rules on NSFW avatars are slack enough that simply censoring any sexual organs/gore will make it passable.
