Has the size (as in file size, not posts or threads) of the forum ever been known?

I'm asking this in the name of Hoboharry. Everytime he loads Facepunch, he gets a 'Server took too long to respond'-error. This has been so for weeks now. I've already told him to clear his cache and try CTRL + F5 but to no avail. Any suggestions?

I don't know if this is according to the GIF98a spec, but either the GIF decoder Chrome and Firefox uses is badly written or vbulletin has an image file size exploit.
