Middle-mouse clicking within the boxes (large image stretching a web page for example) doesn't allow the scroll function. Much easier to middle-mouse click within this box and move about it rather than scrolling down past all the images (LMAO/Photo threads for example) and then shifting it right a bit, scrolling back up, repeat.

Example:

Except it shrunk the image? It's still got a scroll bar though, which I can't use with the middle mouse button, so hopefully you'll get the drift.
