I thought chrome supported apngs? Not so long ago I saw a blue member have this avatar animated using apng on chrome, I don't use any plugins to support it

I was just confirming that they don't work in vanilla chrome. For some reason Fruxo thought they did.

The rule was you can't post in RC threads unless you had something constructive to post I think.

Don't speculate as to why someone was banned, you're not a mod and don't pretend to know what the mod thought. Don't post after a mod has posted. Those were the rules IIRC.
