i dont even know why garry takes away some of these things..., like smartness, some of the ratings, instaban, 90% of the emotes... sure they may clunk up the forums a bit, but there was certainly no disadvantage to having them, and everybody seems to have liked them and to want them back

most of that shit got removed when the forum software was upgraded and shit
not just because garry decided to remove it

i still can't see why some of the ratings and most of the emotes were removed though

Instaban, if I've learnt anything with forum software, seems to be a thing that works with the language filter in the admin CP, banning for a set duration of days and then logging it in the event panel, garry hasn't added anything in that filter box therefore no banwords at the moment.

Bad reading and Bad spelling were replaced in favour of Winner, Zing, Smarked (durgs discussion), programming king (programming/web section), lua king, lua helper (gmod), mapping king (mapping), moustache (GMF) and titty king for OIFY

The removal of most the smilies was because most of them were dumb, not needed and shitted threads to the max (the frog on every dumb thread), you can just pull what you need from here

It would be idiotical to instaban for them because nobody on here really uses them, if they use them seriously, they are going to get banned anyway.

99% of the time "xD", "u mad" and "me gusta" are used in either a satirical sense or as examples to stupidity, for example someone could post:
