Maybe putting subscribed threads at the top would be a better idea. There are some popular threads that some people won't want to read, and then there's some unpopular threads that they will.

I remember a while back someone was developing a facepunch script that would send a notification via pop-up when someone mentions your name/replies to your post. I don't know what happened to it.

I remember that I think it was a windows gadget though, facepunch should use google chromes notification script for that shit though

I was talking about thread titles and requests to do something about annoying members. User titles are nothing to do with moderation.
