I've done this, tried several browsers, incognito modes and devices and it always shows up as transparent. It shows on my user page though. What am I doing wrong?

Do the report reasons stack?

For example, since you have to have 2 reports for it to be seen, if one person picks spam and another picks flaming would that make it appear? Or would it require two in each category?

Example: Say I were to go into some random thread and say that op was nothing but pictures of Hitler crossdressing. If one were to go in there and say "inb4 ban", it would be a stupid move and a useless post.
