If I change my avatar and it's updated on my profile page does that mean that it's updated for other people to see? I cleared my cache and my profile page avatar changed but not the one on all my posts.

When garry changed a few things with avatars (I think around the time blue members lost theirs, then got them back) he removed the timestamp from the avatars. That makes me remember the time we all found out that thread titles ending in cache-able extensions get cached by cloudflare. For example, a thread that ended with ".iso". Although I think that was due to the URL having the thread's title in the name, as well.
