Hello. I looked all over the forums, but can't seem to find a help or support thread... Specifically for the forums, I mean. My question: In terms of rules, is there a place where you can advertise / sell / trade? For instance: I want a Gmod 13 Beta Key, and I'm tired of waiting, so I'm willing to post somewhere to see if I can get one. ^ That's just an example, even though it's true, so please don't respond like: 'You shouldn't buy one, you can get one free soon'. Thanks in advance, I just don't want to disobey the rules.

If you're afraid of breaking a rule by trading here, then I would suggest trying SPUF, they have a fairly large trading section there and I'm sure you'll find whatever it is you're looking for.

Sell, TF2 items in TF2 category, hardware in H&S (There should be a thread for FP trading stuff, but it is pretty much dead) and maybe in Fast Threads. Trade is pretty much same.
