^ I have a friend who says he "only does upper body". He just works biceps and abs on the curl machine and ab machine.
when that stupid skinny fuck hogs 2 machines, a set of dumbbels and a bench and whenever someone asks him to work in he says that he's using it. what an asshole.

Though I don't think that I don't need to train the legs, just my legs are already a lot more muscular and stronger than my arms due to years of biking everywhere so I don't concentrate on them as much.

i fucking hate people that laugh at me when i don't bench that much. I'm 125 pounds and i bench like 90 :/ i mean.. i have to fucking start somewhere i cant just start benching 200
Doesn't really involve anyone except me, but I hate how long it takes to set up the goddamn squat rack.

He came with me once and I expected him to be pushing the same as me on Leg Press etc but he was pushing lower. Mass, yes. Strength, no.

In my gym you quite often see people benching without any weights on the bar just to check form or even just starting out, people usually help them out or give them tips, not laugh.

Today i had 2 workouts to do in the squat rack. i almost went ahead and did my bb curls in there, but then remembered i wasn't a total tool and got out of it.
that awkward chubby guy in the corner of the gym who curls 3lb dumbbells hundreds of times ... very slowly ...
Some guy walks in the other day, fully clad in fluorescent boxing attire. I finish a set of leg curls, and proceed to go superset calf raises whilst he watches. He puts his books, bag and loads of other shit ON the leg curls machine and then walks off...

I'm skinny but not scary skinny like him and im really self conscious

I hate people that show you up. Best Example EVAR! I'm like 140 pounds and i'm benching like 150 for 3 sets of 10. This very large man was just staring at me the whole fuckin time. As soon as i was done he walked over and put on 550 pounds or so and did 15 reps of it then just stared me down. I'm just like wtf?!?

As long as your at the gym no one should be bitchin at you for what you can lift. The only nerds at the gym are the nerds who don't go to the gym if you know what I'm sayin. Today I think this one dude was autistic or something. He was wearin like a metallic shirt and like denim shorts. He would literally run machine to machine doing 1/9th of the full exercise with high weight. He literally pushed me out of the way to get to the barbells, where he then grabbed a 70 pound barbell and did 3 mega cheat curls and then threw the bar to the ground to go to some other machine. The fuck
