I just now realized that was his pants. I recalled in the original description that like his face fell off or something, and I assumed that was his face on the floor and his eyes were missing or something. The surroundings are still a tad dark for Mickey's usual fare. Not to mention I still can't imagine any possible scenario in which Mickey would be both a. Pointing at his tongue and b. Have his eyes looking in separate directions.

Then he tries to kill himself sometimes, that's the unique funny part. The last scene is the most shocking one. I can't explain it, it was like "Holy SHIT!!!".
