[sp]no more pusi[/sp]
Bless you Papa Franku, you brought all of us many laughs and great times. From the very bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you've done, and all the best in your future endeavours.
I kinda hope he writes another book to wrap everything up though. I'd love the story to get an official ending.
Just give him some time and then call JJ Abrams.
Hopefully his tumor of a fanbase wouldn't cause him too much trouble for this decision.
i'm attending a show of his in february, looking forward to it
i actually like his music, and while i dont think its particularly genre breaking, its not bad music.
Papa Franku filthiness shall carry on in our hearts.
Well I wish him well it's just a shame that his serious rap doesn't appeal to me but I'm sure somebody will like it.
Rip Filthy Frank, and end of an era, and good luck to Joji on his future projects.

So long, and thanks for all the filth.
rest in peace
I know he worded it very generously to his Frank fanbase but I'm sure he's just trying to slip them off as easy and painlessly as he can.
That's a very vitriolic fanbase to answer to and I can imagine this wasn't gonna come easy to him no matter what.
I bet his videos get demonitized instantly anyway. I wonder if he even still gets revenue from his old stuff. It cant feel good to put a lot of work into a vid and not be able to make money back
I thought he called it off ages ago?
Farewell, Francis of the Filth.
Not a fan of his music, one song of his quite chill though called Will He, best of luck to him, been watching him since 2011
My first exposure to Filthy Frank was this japanese 101 video which got posted to facepunch. I'd seen some other threads about him before but the his name just put me off for some reason.
When I finally came around to watch the video I fucking loved it. I started sharing FF videos with my friends and they loved them too. We used to go into one of the studio rooms in the gymnasium we went to and just binge-watched them whenever we had the time.
I understand why George would want to stop though, and I support him completely in his decision to do so. Also, looking back at his older videos they really haven't aged well at all. Either that or my sense of humour has just matured somewhat.
Never saw a man who gave so little of a fuck and made it so big off it.
Rest in peace you sweet prince, your music is chill, but your filth will live forever.

My first ass on April 20th a number of years ago, when someone sent me the Japanese 101 for, everyone can guess, 420 blaze it 🌿
Whelp, it was fun while it lasted.
Thanks for all the filth, Frank. I remember this was the first video I saw from his channel years ago.

Anyone catch him snickering in some of the "accents"? He's having a ball.
I wonder how much of that health concerns came from[sp]eating hair cakes and vomit cakes[/sp]
And good luck with his new career!
I'm more surprised that his fanbase is under the impression that someone can keep doing the same exact thing for almost 7 years. Much respect to Joji for doing what he wants and turning a new leaf. I hope his virulent ex-fanbase doesn't destroy his new life.

I'm sure he would love to say to them that he fucking hates them but he wants them to buy his shit, it's understandable
now the market's wide open time to start my english spinoff called dirty dave
actually fuck it, 10x informatives and I'll do it

first episode coming january watch this space
boy how dare someone pursue their passion
Lets be honest if he wants to be successful he has to have his own thing to stand out.

That isn't necessarily true. If you have connections in high places you can make samey sounding pop/rap music and still be successful. Just look at the Top 100 Billboards. Joji himself has found his way up there with the 88rising label.
And in his defense if you've listened to his Pink Guy album or his old tracks you can probably tell he's capable of a lot of different styles of music but seems to be either playing it safe or stagnating in his latest EP.

I can't disagree with that, it's true tho. Good luck to Papa Franku.
i'm glad he's moving on to do something else instead of forcing filthy frank to continue. personally i'm not a fan of his joji material, he really needs to develop a style to set him apart from the others, but i think he can do it
I'm glad he's done because I never really thought comedy was something he was good at in the first place.
