My girlfriend goes to retail stores like Macy's, Kohl's and Boscov's and buys their cheapest perfumes that are on clearance.

She then takes the clearance stickers off and sells them on eBay at full price, sometimes even higher. Big celebrity names, especially JLo, do very well with this.

She's managed to spend $10 and turn it into $80.

The only downside to this is it's really hit and miss with selling. Some times she turns over some cosmetic stuff in 24 hours, other things have been sitting in her closet waiting to sell for nearly 12 months now.

Not exactly freelance, but there doesn't seem to be a better place for this.

I was thinking of getting in to a stock simulator for a bit of fun. This is probably a stretch but does anyone know a stock simulator that is based on forex? I can't find anything good.

The investopedia simulator looks fantastic but unfortunately as it's American it uses an exchange that isn't open in appropriate hours for my time zone.
