im sorry remscar but you're EXACTLY why i hate half the people that are in jrotc [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] and im sorry but you're the fucking cadet officer carry your fucking self with some pride and respect for yourself and others if you're gonna be the topdog of your unit
Yeah i probably should, but I made it clear i didn't want the position. I told the SMI and the MI I did not want to be the CO many times, I explained that somebody else would be best, but nope they choose me. I didn't even want to take it during my 4th year of high school, but i was forced into it.
they cant force you into jrotc. either you're full of shit or a massive retard [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] and they can't force you into corps commander [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] and if they did you could totally get rich as hell by suing everyone [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] sue everyone now
they cant force you into jrotc. either you're full of shit or a massive retard
So you expect me to have gone up and tell them in the middle of the awards ceremony "Yo, i don't want to be CO"
you have a very backwards jrotc unit [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] because in order for them to have selected you they would have had to interview you and shit and have you fill out paperwork and shit and oh my god im out of here [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] you have to be trolling
Thinks that pulling out is contraception
It is contraception.
jrotc sounds like a terrible music genre
Someone else post their shit, i've made up my mind.
TELL US YOUR DECISION MR REMSCAR!
It is contraception.
No it isn't, precum can carry sperm and get the lady pregnant, pulling out is not effective contraception [editline]18th October 2012[/editline]
Since this is like a dating topic I feel like I should post here, so here we go. Today when I was sitting with my best friend (I usually call him bro, since we're almost twins. 1 day apart and we almost look exactly alike, so people mix us up a lot). Today, a dude rumored that a girl liked my best friend. Does this mean, she likes both of us? I don't know who, but she sits in a table near her. It's weird about having a girl liking you when you really have a few friends. For now, I've noticed some girls are giving out signs, but I'm absolutely not certain if they do or don't. It's kind of a mix in between. I, never have dated anyone before but I don't plan on it, as I have enough stress and high workload (I'm in 3 advanced classes) so it'd be more stressing and such. Would anyone tell me this is normal thinking that if one of my best friends almost look like me, and a girl likes him, does it mean she also likes me? I'm curious.
Serioulsy how old are you lol like 13? If you are any older then I feel sorry for you about how clueless you are about girls and relationships in general
No it isn't, precum can carry sperm and get the lady pregnant, pulling out is not effective contraception
I didn't make any claim as to its effectiveness. Also, it's likely that it only carries sperm that is already in the urethra from a previous ejaculation. So as long as you take a leak in between rolls in the hay, you're not likely to get her pregnant just from that.
TELL US YOUR DECISION MR REMSCAR!
I'll play along until she starts drama again (which I know she will), then I'm gone.
Why even bother risking it, take no notice and move along kids.
Uh Typical use failure rates for withdrawal are 15-28% in the first year. Typical use failure rates for condoms for the first year are 10–18%. That's more effective, but not wildly so. And that's for a year of continued use. Pulling out is more effective than your abstinence-only sex ed class told you.

Never had sex ed, so not sure why you would assume that unless that what yours was like.
Your point is fine if your a cheap bastard, you can just run to the docs or get the emergency pill.
Wait, what?
Wait, what?
Emergency contraceptive or abortion at the docs. Both are free on the NHS if you cant afford it (well the pills are and of course they wont charge for the minor procedure) assuming you are on benefits etc etc as you cant afford the original point of using condoms. http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/Emergency-contraception/Pages/Introduction.aspx Im talking about costs as the average age of this forum is 15-18 perhaps relying on parents for money or low paid job and have other outgoings. Unless you want to go back to the original point about condoms and how they are apparently 10% more effective than pulling out, where is your source from?

I'm from the US, so those aren't free here. Plus, I don't think it's a great idea to rely on morning after pills or abortions for contraception. Particularly not abortions, and not just because the term contraception doesn't really make sense when applied to abortion. [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] Basically, the point I'm trying to make is that here, it's always made out like no condom = holy SHIT you're going to get PREGNANT and THEN YOU'RE GOING TO DIE. My parents gave me condoms even knowing my girlfriend is on the pill, even though the pill is more effective at preventing pregnancy, both in perfect use and in typical use. People's understanding of the efficacy of birth control here is wildly out of whack, I find.

Saves you struggling later on if you did have to use one.

I mean, good parenting and whatnot, but weird nonetheless.
Your parents gave you condoms? That's weird. I mean, good parenting and whatnot, but weird nonetheless.
I don't think it's weird, just awkward. It's not weird for parents to be awkward.
Your parents gave you condoms? That's weird. I mean, good parenting and whatnot, but weird nonetheless.
This one kid in my theatre class had a condom thrown at him in a previous class by a girl I didn't know whether to ask where she got it or why she threw it
you'd have a day in the field if i tell you about my parents
That's a really weird way of saying "have a field day".
Your parents gave you condoms? That's weird. I mean, good parenting and whatnot, but weird nonetheless.
My mum gave me some when I left for University. Was pretty awkward.
My mum gave me some when I left for University. Was pretty awkward.
I bet. I think I'd die if my mother ever gave me condoms.
*snip, shit post. sorry*
I bet. I think I'd die if my mother ever gave me condoms.
when i went to get my birth control shot, my mom told me to grab some of the condoms (for her to keep) because "the wrapper is pretty"
Your parents gave you condoms? That's weird. Last year, a box of condoms suddenly appeared in the back of my dresser at home. I don't know when my parents put them there, or how old they were, or why.
