How many Listens/Downloads are we up to?
put a tracklist in the OP doood
The biggest issue with the album is that I feel like the people who stop listening to the cd are going be more parabolic than linear due to the amount of submissions. But as long as the music is interesting, this shouldn't be an issue.
i don't see what's wrong with non linear listening. I don't have time to do that [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] hey couldn't we upload all of the collabs to itunes using tunecore with leftover funds? [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] (ie fuck you charity)

Well now we know if you want to get listened to to NOT submit your track late ahaha
Well now we know if you want to get listened to to NOT submit your track late ahaha
I've got the best position going!
I don't believe the track list had anything to do with the submission date as I was pretty quick to submit.
then it's just favoritism oh my god
Randomly chosen favoritism. The worst kind.

28 listens cool
Only 9 listens (and what looks like 1-2 full at most), that's terrible =( I even believe the song included is my best so far in terms of quality etc. Oh well, 9 is better than 8 at least :v:

Shame, though, that these albums don't bring in more listeners.
28 listens cool
Damn, your track was really good though.
We should advetize these more, on other forums etc.
We should advetize these more, on other forums etc.
Agreed. I already forwarded this to some friends I know IRL, but obviously that won't do much.
It's only just been realeased, I think we should all try to make a huge effort now to advertise this everywhere- We all visit other forums and so on and it'll be beneficial for everyone involved. We get the good feeling of having people download our music, and the people get music they may just love.
I've already posted this all over my Facebook, tumblr, and I've sent it to a few people are posting it around their online stuff too.
I have also posted links on Facebook and another...forum thing.
Can we PLEASE have it so that every artist writes a little something about each and every song on the album? Can't we make it an official rule?
I've already posted this all over my Facebook, tumblr, and I've sent it to a few people are posting it around their online stuff too.
I suppose I could do the same, artists here deserve it. [editline]1st September 2011[/editline] Also one thing I might add, since the album leader is downloading the tracks from soundcloud there are chances of minor audio glitches in the upload which is kind of a pity.
No, I don't believe soundcloud re-encodes wav files at all. Even with mp3 files, I'm quite confident in saying that the file you download is the file you upload. Correct if I'm wrong (and provide me with a source), but they only re-encode streams.

Can we have an update on Views?
I've sent it off to a few big blogs, if we're lucky one of them might post about it.
Tweet it to some Free Music collector blogs, they'll advertise it in return. Got loads of views on my album from that.
