They shit everywhere and piss on everything as well as eat everything made of fabric and wallpaper.
This post made me cry of laughter. Maybe 'cause i'm in the holiday spirit :v: Merry Christmas all!
Get a rat, they look after themselves and are quite cute when they're clean.
I had a rabbit, she was litterbox trained. Very easy to do. They don't smell, the cage does, like any other animals litterbox, just clean it. Just keep the cords up, they like to chew on wiring, lol. She was killed by a husky that was on th loose and he broke her back.....:( The humane society knew about this dog, it had killed before, but nothing was ever done. ) Anyway Happy Holidays to all of FP.
Used to have rabbits as a kid, once neutered males are good pets, but otherwise they will fuck your shit up and are better off as dinner
They shit everywhere and piss on everything as well as eat everything made of fabric and wallpaper.
TO the people who dissagreed you clearly havent owned bunnys before - they shit little round balls that look like coco puffs too op It smells bad ( and i mean BAD ) ANd changeing the cage every few days can get costly
Get a really calm rabbit. And watch out for foxes because they will kill your rabbits without a second thought. I had two rabbits, one got it's leg bitten off by a fox and later got put down because it got infected, and the other was just snatched up by a fox. FOXES :argh:

Practically the same thing 'seep they don't eat every damn fabric in your house, and aren't domesticated satan.
I always found them cute but my mother had a reason why we wont be getting one I suddenly forget...

They're so confused by it.
Oh and rabbits can be fucking vicious, my neighbour had one and whenever someone went near it it would, show it's teeth and jump against he cage in a fit of rage all while barking/making noises.
OP wants to tend the rabbits.
They shit everywhere and piss on everything as well as eat everything made of fabric and wallpaper.
i used to have one. it is exactly like this.
I used you have a pet bunny. Just make sure you don't have exposed wiring around the house and never pick it up by the ears. They also need lots of room to play in so you might need to use a big pen in the basement like I did. But some are very calm and sit on your lap for hours. [editline]23rd December 2010[/editline] Trust me, it's worth to own one. Try giving them lettuce, grain, treats, etc. They don't live solely on carrots you know.
I have an English Spot rabbit and he is very ornery. I also have two dogs and they have kind of adopted the rabbit as their own. Whenever we let the rabbit out to run around the dogs all lay with him.
Sorry I forgot, you'll be needing a shit load of news paper.

My mom came to pick me up and saw it and tried picking it up. It bit the hell out of her and she just screamed "That thing is just an evil little weasel!" and then the username was born.
Find a good rabbit, take care of it. I found one, it's calm as all fuck and just sits there.
You guys do know that you can litter train bunnies right?
<<<<< look a bunny! I love bunnies :3:
Why hadn't I thought of this earlier? Pffhahaha.
Im killing myself at the same thought, clearly wit isn't with me today
So you are 12? thats the legal age to take responsibility of a animal.
You guys do know that you can litter train bunnies right?
Yeah. Mine is allowed out as he pleases, we have a cage set up, with the door open. The dogs dont bother him, and when he wants to go to the bathroom he runs to his cage. [editline]23rd December 2010[/editline] Jack says hi.
I always found them cute but my mother had a reason why we wont be getting one I suddenly forget...
They tend to smell unless you buy anti-smelling stuff to put in their water (and even then they do) plus they tend to steal your things and hide them when you let them out of the cage. Their nickname is also "carpet sharks" if that says anything to you. But they are awesome. Really intelligent too. Letting them out of the cage is a sure fire way to have them do the ferret war dance: Also they really LOVE potted plants, in the sense that they will dig dig dig them up. They kind of act like really small fuzzy dogs, except with talons. Also if you get one, get two. Ferrets tend to get depressed when they are just by themselves.

One of them had explosive diarrhea once, and decided to aim it out the cage at my mother. Also they smell terrible and are difficult to train. But they're fun as hell to play with, so it's all worth it.
