It's a journey through his life and experiences, it is quite moving toward the end. There are only around 30 seconds where something devastating happens, but apart from that, it's a life story that will make you love the character.

Yeah the [I]only[/I] thing people talk about is what he had to do to escape. Get over it, that's not what the movie is about.

I didn't like 127 hours at all, I thought it was a bit boring and slow moving I watched it for about an hour before I gave up, maybe I just don't like those kind of films then
