Facilities for juveniles tend to not be that bad. They're not going to fuck around with juveniles because juveniles still have families that care about them. If a juvenile was treated inhumanely, it would be all over the news.
They can get away with doing this shit to foster kids and kids who's parents signed them up for it because they either don't have parents or have parents that are incredibly deluded. When a kid gets treated inhumanely, it gets swept under the rug. Nobody cares enough about foster kids to look into it and parents sure as hell won't go to the news about their kid being mistreated at a brainwashing facility because they'd have to admit that they enrolled their child into a brainwashing facility.
I still think the kid that said his krav maga would help him is hilarious. You think the guys at the facility have never been kicked in the nuts? 10 bucks says they all wear cups and other protective gear. Also, they most likely have been through some form of training as well, as they have to subdue thrashing human beings all the time. I highly doubt they're just thugs with no training that you could toss around like rag dolls.
I think Mr. Little needs a lesson in humanity.
