I can't believe what I just read.
Reading what terrible things were done to these innocent people, I just can't understand how people can be so abhorrent.

Unfortunately the chances of getting these types of facilities closed down any time soon is unrealistic. What would seem a more realistic solution is a way to protect kids from getting sent to places like this.
There need to be more laws in place to help protect teens and kids from such places. Someone mentioned that these places gain temporary guardianship of these places. I haven't been able to find if that is true, but if it is then one solution would be to establish laws to help make it more difficult to transfer guardianship like that. Then if kids were sent there they'd have the legal right to leave, otherwise they could be considered hostages.
Getting a law passed isn't easy but it seems like this solution and the one about getting Lady Gaga's attention are some of the more realistic solutions, unlike wanting to blow up and violently murder people. If you live in the states try and get some people to write your congressmen or something. I don't know. It's just my 2 cents. It couldn't hurt.
I would run away from home sooner than get sent to one of these hellholes.

Agreed. I know three brothers who are Mormon, and they're the kindest (and shyest) people you'll ever meet. I can't imagine them harming a fly, let alone condoning others being harmed. They have the biggest hearts, and they're made of pure gold.

That's disgusting and sickening. Never have I felt more anger towards are person. How does one willingly tape their child to a high chair and come back 2 days later to burn the body? You have to be insane to have the motive to do that.
