I felt extremely depressed after reading this. I would kill my parents There's no forgiveness for that, not at all. I'm Christian but I even believe that everyone has the right to choose their path in life.
I'm absolutely shocked that the federal government hasn't done anything about this, unless they have in the time it's been since this thread was posted. I honestly don't care what people think about what I'm about to say, but I'd like to see the people in charge of this place hung or severely psychologically damaged.
the gov't has been shutting a lot of these down but they just keep popping up
Because the rules regarding these "camps" are too lax. The system must be full of holes, since they can just pop up again after some time.
According to wikipedia, this organization no longer officially exists. "WWASPS officials report that the organization is no longer in business, but because of ongoing litigation, it has not been dissolved."
I'm going to laugh if they try to kidnap someone, but the one being kidnapped fights back and kills someone.
The people they're kidnapping are young teens. Even if they tried they'd do as much as if they were kicking or punching a wall.

O my, I'm glad I sleep next to a shotgun.

Cross Creek is still operational, and many facilities like it are as well.
That doesn't mean anything. Cross Creek is still operational, and many facilities like it are as well.
Still, one step closer to shutting the damn places down for good.
What the fuck.
This is very similar to what happens in a lot of eastern (US) mental institutions. Accept god and jesus or stay in the institution. Oddly enough most are funded by Christian based organizations.
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=teen+transport
thats fucked.

What the fuck did i just read.
You know a story is fucked up when all the events remind you of the holocaust novels you've read.
So glad I live in a country that isn't deranged enough to have institutions that can get away with something like this and also appreciating that my parents aren't cowards who will pay someone else to confront me with my life.
So glad to have parents who are smart enough to have their own views on things such as homosexuality without being influenced by religion
they made the girls clean all day
I see no problem
I see no problem
that would almost be funny if it was actually funny
If this shit was going on in Europe, those people would be locked up for life. This is just insane. No civilized country lets its people treat children and teens as criminals for no reason whatsoever. This is just madness.
Jesus Christ, I'm not even halfway through that story and I'm already sickened beyond what I've ever thought was humanly possible
Human rights activists all over, I bet. This is mental.
...There are no words....... [editline]11th August 2011[/editline] Guuh, Hah! WAH WAH WAAAAAAAAAAAAHHAHAH *Mercilessly begins to scratch at eyes. tearing them out of their sockets.*
Why hasn't someone tried to kill Lichfield yet?
this was a quote written by someone who attended casa by the sea :
I want to clear up any doubt lingering in the air here. I attended casa by the sea, a wwasp program based in ensenada mexico, for one year in 2002-2003. I was 15 yrs old upon arriving. I was tricked into using my trust to pay for it. while this article... much like any story you can read... cannot begin to convey what it was like to experience this, I can verify the truth of what is written. There are no exaggerations or unfair liberal leaps here... no questionable interpratations based on a particular set of beleifs. It was real for me and its real for the children there today. It is abuse, on every level imaginable. Physical, Emotional, Verbal, Mental, Sexual... its ALL there. Some programs from what ive heard from other wwasp survivors (yes we call each other survivors and we have a unique connection with each other that many of us dont even share with family or lovers) were better or worse than others... but the same abusive rules and stripping of basic human rights are present at ALL Wwasp facilities. I never slept in a cage, but i know people who did. I was never sexually abused, but i know people who were. I was physically abused, beaten and restrained for mouthing off, but i know people who were NOT. Despite the varying nature of our abuse, all of us know the extreme isolation, trauma, abandonment, betrayal, and intense helplesness that we shared. All types of abuses occurred in isolated incidents, the isolated nature of the program encouraged it, but the biggest abuse was the basic design of the program itself. keep us controlled, keep us afraid, and keep our parents as in the dark as possible. the way they did it was foolproof, id be happy to give anyone interested all the details. just ask.
forgot where I found it, I found it interesting.
It's a shame that children don't have any rights in the United States. Somebody should really do something about that. Nobody cares enough, though. It really bothers me.
So, it's Auschwitz, but without the gassing and guns, and with indoctrination of religious view?
Just told my Mom about all of this, also showing her the Tranquility Bay documentary and getting her to tell all of her friends. This shit makes me sick. All of the people running and covering up these facilities deserve equal torture or death. These people need their own list similar to the registered sex offender list. It really sucks that the government is helping cover it up as well. Ugh. [editline]15th August 2011[/editline]
wow that the hell how does this place even exist in a first world country i'm pretty religious myself but i believe this place should be bombed
I don't even consider the states a first world country anymore. Not until rationality is taught in schools and the space budget surpasses the army budget.
Ugh, this is sick, this is what religion does, corrupts people, and the people that run these programs get richer every day. Religion as a whole needs to be abolished except for the religious people that would not support this.
"someone" destroyed their databases back before this thread was bumped oops
Can someone give me the address of one of their places? I'm going to [del]bomb[/del] [del]Moron bomb[/del] Mormonbomb them.
