Dude, he can call the cops all he wants. You weren't doing anything illegal, and in fact you can sue for damages and since you were not informed that they weren't free.

Go back and steal the whole assembly which houses the napkins and ransom the napkins back to them. If they refuse to co-operate cut one of the napkins up and send it to them in the mail. That should scare them into doing whatever you want (or am I mistaking napkins for the staffs children.).

Technically, if the manager kicks you out and says don't come back and you do you are trespassing. The managers at the store I work at have banned lots of people from the store and when they came back he called the cops and they got arrested.

They kicked me and my friends out for playing in the play place some of the McDonald's have. We are 15 :O

Me and my friends got kicked out for grabbing trays and making barricades in the play structure, climbing on top of the structure and yelling, "You can not break the blockade zombies! I am Frank West!" They almost called the cops. Another time, when they gave me my drink I threw it back at them and yelled, "Nice try! But I see right through your grenade scheme! USA! USA!" Then I drove off. Yeah I was bored.
