I tried to change the head, but to make it look right you have to change the shoulders/body too, and then it gets even closer to your template - I'll leave it for now, I think as long as some headgear is included it looks aright.

Very nice, but when you crouch you're generally lower on the ground (you've got the part to the knee the same length as a full leg on the crouched units).
