Looks like a good template you got there. ( not saying you stole one, you made a good one)The leg on the aiming pose is a bit bad. The back leg has 1 white pixel that makes it seem like he has cancer in his leg that eats all fat above his knees.
Oh, I based this off an army from a template but I made the guys my self. So any ideas for a builder and army name?
