Try working on different guns now, as well as small variations to the ones you have, and tanks/vehicles. A palette for blood, explosions and gun fire, as well as pre constructed muzzle flashes, will also help you a lot.

Wow the gun the first guy has is awsome so are the rest of the guns and I might not be on much today I'm downloading the halo reach beta :D

it is probably better to do effects like blood in-game also make the turret-legs on one level

Change your background colour, it's hard to see what they look like.

What are you talking about? It's always a good idea to walk up to alien eggs and poke them gently, not like anything bad could happen or things would suddenly burst out of your stomach or anything.
