Electricle as in bolts of electricity coming from a wall or from a light bulb (Verticle and horizontal)
I can't make effects to save my life.
Its just different shades of yellow.

Just look at pictures of lightning, and how it interacts with the sky, any possible objects in it's vicinity etc.

Hehe pretty new here, still reading up on the rules and just the game in general it got me rather intrigued on the whole thing. Managed to whip up this mess of pixels, probably a tad too big may need to get to resizing in certain areas heh.

Search all you like gentlemen, they're not stolen i can assure you. Had no idea it was that bad. Hrmm.. well moar cleaning to do then, oh and the tank i went a tad overtop on :p so you doesnt really fit in so probally will remove it anyway.
They don't really look as though they're consistent with the pixel art MSPaint feel PW is supposed to have.. Especially the tank..
The tank has been copied and pasted from something onto his sheet. The sprites, too, have been copied and pasted. You don't get that bullshit with the pixels normally.
Please, don't try and hide it. Unless you have evidence to prove that they're yours, then you shouldn't use them and try making an army by yourself
No one can be messy by accident and have that kind of effect.

its a tell tale sign the tank isn't yours. especially because you didn't bother to remove the JPEG that is ONLY around the tank in a square, just as if you had copied it :p

I've seen many a time when things look stolen and although indeed it may appear that i have stolen i emplore you guys to actually look around, once more i assure you they are not stolen. The tank was not made by ms paint means and thus was never really going to be included (Paint-Net). I cant really proove my innocence for the momment all i can say is you'll not find this anywhere else. What probally could of caused it was my constant mixing/moving of body parts onto one another and poorly erasing bad heads/legs etc, the tank outline is clearly from where i pasted from Paint net. It's all i can say really believe me or not.
What game ice?
