Cola is just a hip corruption of the word 'kola' which is the nut it's SUPPOSED to taste like but there's hardly any kola in cola anymore, you can taste what it's meant to taste like if you buy that natural kola drink stuff.

The main brands like Coca Cola and Pepsi are artifical, but a lot of brands, such as the Whole Earth Organic Drinks company still make them with Kola Nut extract. And imo, they are far tastier.

It's from a fruit, you squeeze it and cola juice comes out. But you still need to carbonate it and add more sugar. Pepsi plant and Cola plants are related to each other.

Drink 1 bottle of Coca Cola, clean it, pour the Pepsi in it. Of course I'll see the difference when I look at the caps, so I'll open the other bottle too, so I can't see or feel the difference. With seeing the difference, I mean the little plastic thingies that stick out when you have opened the bottle a previous time.

If coca cola lowered your blood ph, it quite literally [B]would[/B] kill you. Plus, bacteria and other parasites that live in you basically thrive at your normal body conditions, ie, if your blood ph drops, it's just gonna make the bacteria inefficient as well. Oh and corn syrup is known to cause obesity because it's sugar. Although I do agree with you on the aspartame bit, which is why I don't ever drink diet anything. Besides the fact that it's disgusting as hell.
