Things in the 90's I wish they/I still had. Old Nickelodeon. And no I don't mean Hey arnold I mean. Bug Juice Pete & Pete Are you Afraid of the Dark? Salute Your Shorts OLD rugrats (Not all grown up crap) Saturday morning cartoons. Legos Playing outside in my neighborhood until it got dark. When people actually hung out IRL not online. When book fairs were fun to go to. Reading The first Harry Potter book because the second book was coming out in a week. Music like LEN, Smashmouth, Everclear, Everlast, Matchbox 20, Counting Crows, goo goo dolls, Sugar Ray, Gin Blossoms, Citizen King, Chumbawumba, Depeche Mode, Fastball, Dinosaur Jr, Blind Melon, SemiSonic, Ace of base, Nirvana, Soundgarden When dodgeball was allowed and encouraged in gym, When mtv actually played music Ren & Stimpy Mid Summer snacks like grape juice and apples. When being fat was because of lazyness and was not a "disease" When wars were something we had no clue had happened. Recess! When getting a good grade in school was simply bringing something for show and tell, When we didn't have to worry about growing up, paying taxes, getting a job, learning lifes hard lessons. By watching music videos of the time you can tell alot about style, fashion, and lifestyles. But the point was everyone had some sort of style or clique. Now its like everything blended into one vomit colored pile of crap.
It was ALWAYS warm and sunny outsides. Always.
everything was good. I remember my mums massive earrings and weird haircut and crazy clothes. the 90s was just the best time to be alive. The UK was still rich at the time from the 80s so we had it awesome, I remember paying 50p for a bottle of coke and stuff.

I was born in the very ending of the 80's, and all I remember from the 90's is being a kid playing video games on various gaming consoles, like Sega Genesis, Nintendo, Super Nintendo etc.
Rugrats man, they were the shit.
we used to tie our sweatshirts around our waists, play hockey on parking lots and malls were legit places too hang out in also
I remember hungry jacks had these weird ceramic millenium bug toys.
The 90's was shitty, the 80's was where it was at. [editline]11:56AM[/editline] For half a year...
You have just nostalgia'd. :v:
No because no one here watched that fucking show when we were kids in the 90s. I was more interested in watching Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network. It's only popular with us because it got reruns on Nick At Nite during the 2000s. Anyways.. Well, what I remember mostly is being born and raised by my mom in West Philadelphia. I spent most of my free time at the playground down the street shooting some hoops. This was my favorite thing to do in my area, then some guys had to scrap with me. My mom got scared and sent me allllll the way to my aunt and uncle in Bel-Air. Getting there was an experience too. I whistled for a cab and when it came near the license plate said fresh and it had dice in the mirror. I thought about what I was getting myself into, but i went along with it. We then pulled up to a house looked at my kingdom I was finally there and settled the thrown as the prince of Bel-Air. Well off to school! I stood up all night last minute studying! [sp] extra points if you can tell me more about this episode.[/sp]
i have mesmerisms from the 90`s probably idfk. TOO COOL TO KNOW WHAT YEAR IT WAS :frogc00l:
1991 - Collapse of the Soviet Union First Post-Soviet years = utter shite, hunger and poorness
The start of globalazition! China goes more capitalist. Fear of the population explosion. [editline]01:51PM[/editline] Post soviet aftermath in my country. Rest in peace, German Democratic Republic. I only knew you for 3 years.
speak for yourself nub I was born 1991 and I watched bell air all the time... Cause it was on after the Simpson
Fuck off. You only watched it because your family was too poor to afford cable.
It was the time when video games still focused on the plot and character development more than graphics. Also Duke Nukem 3D
As my opinion i think the 90s died in 2004
The 90's? Cheesy music and p nice cars and shit going upwards....for us anyway.
It has a little of the syphon filter intro on it :V: May as well
Scatman john One of the 90s greatest
The gene pool with women was at its finest I reckon, hot chicks, EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! Awesome music, shitty clothes where people didn't give a fuck how they looked. Amazing video games (Crash Bandicoot, Tomb Raider, Medievil, Metal gear Solid) Playstations, N64's, Fat ass computers, slow as fuck computers, Windows 95 & 98. :v: Dial-up connections, sunny summers, those alien egg things, water fights, Football, trance, basically, it was the only decade where we had awesome things and people hardly ever shat on the good stuff. ahh, the 90's, How they'll never be forgotten.
Fuck off. You only watched it because your family was too poor to afford cable.
I don't think cable existed back then in England. Sky... maybe but my dads excuse was that he did not like sport and that is 60% of sky apparently. Do you also want to have a go at me for not being taken to Disneyland as a child? you might aswell.
It's not the 90's that were great. It's the 00's that are shit. Movies are all about CGI, TV is all about mainstream pop teen bullshit, Music is just autotuned "OH BABY" songs.
