They played a lot of B ball in western Philadelphia
I see what you did there.
Rage Against The Machine. 'Nuff said.
It was full of demos that I played over and over and many great games. I recall there were some educational interactive applications that came on CDs, such as "Speed" and the greatest painting program ever "Kidpix". Floppy disks were around, a magnet meant doom and TV shows were great. The Adventures of Pete and Pete is yet to be topped. A 50-100MB file to download meant you had to keep your PC on overnight and your phoneline busy. All in all I feel everything meant so much more back then, especially technology-wise. Everything was new and so you didn't get bored of things, games were new and shiny, even the dumbest thing seemed full of wonder. You weren't swamped with information and technology like we are now. I think it was much more fun, but hey past is always better than the present right?
A power outage and a flock of seaguls, that's about it.
there was always something to do outside with friends. people didn't use computers much but it was on it's rise. good economy/gas prices, very good music and tv shows. the fashion was pretty sweet too.
I cannot form the life of me remember an exact memory (Born in 94)
Motherfuckin' Worms, Age of Empires, and Rollercoaster Tycoon. Cartoons were actually good, and the only anime anybody that wasn't a creepy weaboo knew about was Pokemon. Also, you couldn't use a phone while you were on the internet. Also: SCRRRREEEEEEEEEEE SHHHHHHHHHH KHHHHHHHH kheeEEEEEEEEEE SHHHHHH

We all need to stop using computers and go outside again, you've got to admit it, life with computers sucks.
