Coming from the west coast..good luck to all of you please be careful.
I live in southern Maine and I work at a grocery store. Everyone is buying toilet paper, canned food and batteries.
I'm not preparing at all. I have to work when the hurricane is supposed to hit so w/e.
Something tells me this is not going to be as bad as expected.
lol i live in virginia beach i'm gonna die pce
I think I see it coming... it looks beautiful, in a destructive force of nature kind of way

It depends entirely on how badly the Northeast floods and how the trees take the winds. I fully expect to be without power; we have way too many huge trees out here.

My neighborhood has a history of trouble with our power line's transformer, but aside from losing power for a day or two, I'm not expecting much.
Hurricane Irene is currently fucking shit up in the Carolinas. We should go loot stores like all the cool kids do during natural disasters.
Figured i should update you guys;
it hasn't even reached here yet and were already getting heavy rains, bucketfulls, every 30 minutes to an hour or so. As of this moment its still raining, I'll fill you in more later
Someone died because he went outside and got hit by a tree limb. Coast Guard rescued two people from a boat. Use your brains people. This isint just a rain storm. Stay the fuck inside.
It just started here with heavy rain and some wind. So why are my brother, sister and mom taking a two hour trip to buy a sofa?

So would it be safe to go buy some clothes/school supplies/emergency supplies about now? I'm entirely sure the hurricane won't hit massachuchu until tomorrow.

To be perfectly blunt, all three of them are being idiots.
I'm just going to get some pretty bad rain, and no floods are predicted, so I'm not doing anything.
Woah woah hold up this isn't London, bro.
Anyway. Hope you guys are doing alright. I have a few friends there atm and i'm worried.

Where are you located? Wind is still a considerable hazard, as are power outages.

Florida finally dodged a hurricane.
Lots of PA people. I live in Lehigh County. Probably not gonna do much but just play Nintendo 64.
Well, I found a dead mouse in one of our rain buckets.
I feel bad for the little guy, he climbed in, but couldn't get out, trapped, where he drowned.

My plan for tonight (at least as long as I have power) is to play the entirety of Spyro 2. Start to finish, 100%
Just started to rain in northeast MA.
