I'd place a virgin on the "unknown" list.
So are you saying that because I'm a virgin, I can't be sure whether I'm heterosexual or not? I'm not emotionally attracted to other men, and I'm only slightly attracted to other men in a physical way, although I don't find gay sex attractive in anyway.
You can only assume that when a man is attracted to another man, they have already had sex.
I'm attracted to men, but I have never had sex.
What

So just throw courting out the window?

Even if they haven't had sex, sexual attraction to another man still makes you gay.
Happy?

Sexual or romantic attraction.
And I won't be happy until you admit you're wrong.

Romantic attraction to another man makes you gay.
I think that post means the opposite of what you're saying.
yea I know, I meant that's what I'm disagreeing with, but you get the point.
Then why do I know multiple gay virgins?
[editline]07:52PM[/editline]
I'm not saying you can't be gay unless you act on it, just stating that I think once you've committed to the fact that you like guys (either by experimenting or being attracted to etc.) you could never really go back to being straight or bi.
I get what you're all saying that it does depend on who the person is attracted to, but I guess something about guys doing gay things makes you gay. Whereas if two girls dildo'd it up with each other and went back to their husbands the next day I would feel like they were bi or straight.
Maybe it's because I'm a guy and that even the thought of sucking a dude off makes me feel amazingly gay, I'm not sure. If anything you guys are pushing me towards looking at it differently. (views on guys being able to be bisexual) (not me wanting to suck a dude)
Romantic attraction to another man makes you gay.
Are you saying that just to placate us, or have you seen the error of your ways? I feel like you're just running away from this fight.

Am I wrong that attraction to another man makes you gay?
Am I wrong that attraction to another man makes you gay?
Once you admit that you were wrong when saying that homosexuality is a choice, we'll be happy.

People's interests change. It's completely possible.
People's interests change. It's completely possible.
I don't know of anyone who was genuinely gay and became straight.
And don't talk about that ex-gay bullshit, because I can refute it.
Sounds like a mild sprinkle of homophobia, which is typically put in by societies modern morals.
Very well could be, that's why I'm asking here. I know multiple gay guys, and had one of my best friends come out of the closet a year or two ago (even though it was painfully obvious since middle school), but if one of them were to tell me "Oh I'm not gay, I'm bi." I'd kind of just think to myself no, you're gay. Could be because of the feminine personalities? Who knows.
Am I wrong that attraction to another man makes you gay?
Romantic attraction does make you gay or bisexual, yes.
However on a scale of 0-6, 0 being completely hetero, and 6 being completely gay, you'll find that most people are between 1 and 5. You have very few people who only feel attraction exclusively to the one sex.

So if someone likes chocolate ice cream but changes their mind and shifts their preference to vanilla ice cream, they still like chocolate ice cream?
People's interests change. It's completely possible.
Thus having sex with another man doesn't make you gay.
So if someone likes chocolate ice cream but changes their mind and shifts their preference to vanilla ice cream, they still like chocolate ice cream?
Sexuality is involved with the way you're born.
It's not like I woke up one day and decided to like men.
GG
So if someone likes chocolate ice cream but changes their mind and shifts their preference to vanilla ice cream, they still like chocolate ice cream?
But did they feel romantic or sexual attraction to the ice-cream? And if they did, isn't all ice cream without a sex, thus making your statement invalid?
Sexuality is involved with the way you're born.
Please just stop.

It was an analogy.
People's interests change. It's completely possible.
My aunt is actually 'dating' (if you want to call movie night once a week dating) a guy that's "ex-gay" and was 'saved" by going to church etc. etc. I think it's bullshit.
Him and his ex-partner both go to the church my aunt goes to and both of them still seem and act very gay (he's a hairdresser), while his partner isn't in a relationship, it almost seems like 'dating' my aunt is just a front.
Edit: I don't consider myself religious, in case anyone is wondering, unless you count atheism.
Please just stop.

It's been shown that sexuality isn't a choice.

There are multiple theories on why people are gay, actually. It's certainly not a choice, but enviromental factors could be theorized to influence one's sexuality.
