• Cringeworthy furry girl from my college class goes out in public with a fursuit

Once when I was lying awake in bed, I was thinking about whatever. Life, the universe, whatever my brain was running. I thought of this weird idea for a complex frame that fits the wearer, so the jaw can move, move the fingers, and have subtle movements like breathing. To make it seem more real. To this day I still don't know why my brain was thinking of fursuits that night.
I never understood the suits, they don't even look remotely realistic.
They don't look remotely good either That is a fucking mess of rainbow garbage The actual head itself doesn't look good either, people pay thousands for these don't they? You can buy a horse mask for 20 bucks and it looks infinitely better
but horse masks arent for furries
I'll have to agree on this one. It's more of a silly way of keeping anonymous in pictures of you doing things.
I'll have to agree on this one. It's more of a silly way of keeping anonymous in pictures of you doing things.
i use it to scare children and small animals [editline]17th March 2013[/editline] anonymously ofc
We had a goddamn whale for a furry on our class and dear God she seemingly broke every limit of "how to be annoying" on a weekly basis. I'm glad that we bullied the stupid shit out of the school by the beginning of the second year. At the end of the first year she had started to bring her goddamn dolls to the school occasionally and went on a bloody crusade around the school when someone stole her pack of cigarettes. Who knows how bad it would have gotten.
I don't think whales have fur though so I don't think she was a whale [editline]17th March 2013[/editline] Maybe like a cat or something
My problem with fursuits personally is that they look absolutely ridiculous. They look like crude and boring sports mascot suits. And frankly, the eyes scare me. A LOT. Good think these guys are rare outside of conventions and gatherings of the furry sort.
What is the valid point behind this, seriously? Deep down you can't deny it's uncontrollably hiding behind a false personality, which is a mental issue.
Or maybe you just want to dress up and have fun? What the fuck, not everything X fandom related is "mental issues" or "autism."
It's like every fandom. You have those people who identify as part of the group and are quiet and not wanting to be in the spotlight like yourself, then the obnoxious fools that do and take every chance to be in it. Assuming every single person in the fandom does the same as the ones you do admittedly see more is just ridiculous.
You speak utmost truth.
I find it funny howfurries go on about how they are hated and such, then they do things like this. Sure I am one, but I never got into the whole fursuiting things, just seems like a waste of money. With $2000, I could get myself a rather high end gaming PC, a ticket to the UK, hell even a cheap car.
Yeah, that's what you'd do with your money. Is their money your money? No. They buy what they want to spend their hard-earned cash on and there's nothing you can do about it.
Or maybe you just want to dress up and have fun? What the fuck, not everything X fandom related is "mental issues" or "autism."
whatever its all kink-shaming anyway "furries are so weird and gross" *googles japanese tentacle porn*
whatever its all kink-shaming anyway "furries are so weird and gross" *googles japanese tentacle porn*
pfft, WASTING their money on things THEY LIKE??? ?what a bunch of autistic weird mental pedophile zoophile fucking weirdos!11! *spends entire paycheck on videogames*
You speak utmost truth.
I speak common sense. Judging a whole group of people on the actions of a few has never been right, why would this be any different? "It's totally different because it is against furries or something! They're icky!" is what the general argument seems to go to though.

If we were talking about a furry moron like Pamperchu and his microwaving diaper fetish, yeah it'd be fucking stupid to judge the entire fandom based on that. Fursuiting isn't even wrong in any way at all.
microwaving diaper fetish
Lol, what the hell?
but horse masks arent for furries
Not at all but I was just saying its far better quality Most furry masks look fucking awful for the money they pay I've seen stuffed animals at carnivals with better heads
Why do furries make their animal things have people hair? IT DOES'NT WORK LIKE THAT! [editline]17th March 2013[/editline]
pfft, WASTING their money on things THEY LIKE??? ?what a bunch of autistic weird mental pedophile zoophile fucking weirdos!11! *spends entire paycheck on videogames*
Once again, I feel some... bias emanating from your post...

Some of these suits are well made, I'll be honest. I don't really mind furries myself. As long as they don't run around wearing one of these suits in my college... That'd be an entirely different thing. Look, if you're cool about it and know how and when to keep these things to yourself, w/e, so be it. It's your thing, I don't give a fuck. But running around like this is something 100% different. I'm befriended with a brony myself, he NEVER talks about it. Not even once. The only thing you can see that he is one is because he often talks to a guy with a derpy hooves bag. Luckily that's just a bag, no big deal... right? :v:
This video crashed my chrome.
I would rather spend 400 dollars on a unique Rubies Lucasfilm Darth Vader costume than a badly made expensive fursuit the Vader costume in question
I wonder how many people would react appropriately if you glared at them and made the force choke gesture while wearing that thing...
I wonder how many people would react appropriately if you glared at them and made the force choke gesture while wearing that thing...
Stop making me want to buy this more damnit.
Why do furries make their animal things have people hair? IT DOES'NT WORK LIKE THAT!
At one point in my life i've seen furry porn that has become so humanized that it might as well have been an animal ear fetish or just normal porn. It just doesn't make any sense.
I know a friend that makes these. She makes quite a bit of bank, but doesn't actually wear them herself. She's been cranking through college financially making these.
My friend is going to school for animation and works at a FedEx/Kinko's and there was a big furry convention right next door, so she ended up xeroxing a whole bunch of furry art for the vendors there. She said it was interesting because most of their art wasn't that great but they were able to charge way higher rates for it since there was such a strong demand for furry art, a lot of them weren't even that into it. I guess it's all about finding niche markets. [editline]17th March 2013[/editline]
Why do furries make their animal things have people hair? IT DOES'NT WORK LIKE THAT!
It works however the artist thinks it should because they are fictional creatures that do not exist in real life Also, would you be happier with furry porn if they didn't have people hair or are you just picking random bullshit to complain about haha
Lol, what the hell?
You didn't ask but you received anyway http://i.imgur.com/RviIO.jpg
Sorry that I don't give a shit about what the artist thinks since they are all carbon copies of each other.
Dude who cares though You like a rejected furry who's mad because he got kicked out of the clubhouse
I think there is nothing wrong about being in the furry fandom, it might be good for some people but there is a point where someone's alter-ego becomes so strong that they start to think they are a fox, wolf, cat, or whatever. Then I think it can be unhealthy because this obsession can harm. If a person wants to spend their money on a fursuit I don't care but remember when you take off the suit, your still a human. :3
