You need to work on it.
Your FPS is low and there is a FRAPs watermark. If the low FPS is caused by FRAPs, either use Source Recorder or record the video to a different drive from the one you are using.
Don't walk around with the camera, it's jerky and obvious. Try using:

For moving viewpoints.
The static bleep was too loud compared to the rest of the video and the static transition is overused anyway.
Try and think up more jokes than ragdolls spazzing out while music plays.

Also, try and cut down the intro length, did you really need three 6 second long animations just to show who made the video? Also, that rap is as annoying as hell.
