There's an abandoned place not far from my house.I have no idea what it was used for. I also know another, but it was demolished and replaced with a hypermarket-like store.. Oh, and another place which was an abandoned police station. Who wants to see the places, just respond to me. I'll borrow a camera and take some pics.
do eeet [editline]10:40AM[/editline]
Yes, in many other power plants, oil refineries and so on.
Towers that look like these? I can't imagine them being anywhere near contemporary, considering the technology to re-use the steam is already pretty old
Dude, I love exploration like this! We should totally meet up and you can show me round places like this :D
Excellent OP Bengley, I love the pictures.
For some reason, seeing old abandoned railroad tracks makes me sad.... :saddowns:
Same here/
I wish there was anything abandoned here in Norway. Here, we sell everything to anybody. My family was gonna buy a military base called Nikebatteriet
I have always wanted to go a place like this, not to live out some S.T.A.L.K.E.R fantasy or some bullshit, I just always thought it would very interesting.
I didn't know that those kind of power station giant cooling towers were off the ground on bars like that.
I dare you to climb up it :buddy:
That place would make a awesome paintball/airsoft gun war area
That's fascinating. Great post!
How did you get so big?!
Magic! :D
