Well now she's more of a rebel against authority than a runner doing her job I guess, so it's time to beat up cops that are out for blood themselves.
running around to charge the bullet meter seems a bit too arcadey. It's weird to see a semi realistic game implement melee combat by running straight towards armed opponents. Rather difficult to believe that they cannot hit her the entire time.
