Get a Charlie Bar, Basically a Wooden Dowel or metal pipe that you Put in the section of the track on the inside,
where the door slides on, You can't see in from the outside and You cant get in unless you shatter the glass.
Every Night put it down there and that will most likely make them leave.
what if all those objects miss :frog:
I've got 20/20 vision( fuck knows how it will help, but whatever), and there is 4 boxes filled with about 15 keyboards, and around 30 mice. How the fuck will I miss? If I fail to hit him with one of the possible 15 keyboards, then i'll just use the mice as nun-chucks.
Yeah light pieces of plastic can be lethal
Frankly, I'd throw old Macintosh trackballs at him. Those things are heavy.
Yeah light pieces of plastic can be lethal
Remember that old news? Where the boy killed his grandmother for telling him to get off his pc and have his dinner? If I recall correctly, he beat her to death with his keyboard...
If only Oblivion guards existed in real life.
STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM

The unfortunate thing is that my step-dad is in the hospital for treatment on bipolar disorder, and doesn't know about any of this yet. But he has a unique skill set of being trained in a variety of martial arts. I have a limited knowledge, but nonetheless, I'm considering cross-referencing the credit card numbers with online accounts to recent transactions and where, and then subsequently watching the video feeds of the security cameras where the credit cards had been used recently.

That's what I was thinking :P
Anyway, go vigilante, kick their asses.
My house is set up in a formal style, one front door, two back doors. One of those happens to be a sliding glass door. The sliding glass door is the entrance to my dining room, which for all intensive purposes, is not a dining room. My family keeps some items of value in there, just for ease of access to the garage/parked cars.
So last night, I come home around a normal time, about 7 PM, from work, and I take a warm shower to relax from the usual day. After all that, I sit down at my computer for several hours and play Killing Floor (it's a mediocre game, at best) with friends. Around 1 AM, I go upstairs and watch TV until 1:45-ish. Then I'm dead asleep.
I wake up around 9:45 AM, feeling groggy, and notice that it was raining out. I fall back asleep.
I spring out of my bed at 11:30 AM, my mom asking if I had taken my step-dad's laptop. My reply, as usual, is no, because I have a computer of my own. (Thank [insert any god from any religion here] that mine is stationary). I walk down the stairs with my mom, and notice my sister sleeping downstairs on our couch. The living room is directly connected to the dining room. We then notice the laptop is gone, along with my mom's purse (also containing my step-dad's wallet, which itself contained roughly several thousand dollars). I walked over to the sliding glass door, and notice it had been pried open, probably picked by a jimmy. We can only assume that we had been robbed.
Fucking street thugs.
If I ever find these people, I wouldn't leave it up to the police. I'd probably be moved to abduct them, tie them up, and leave my step-dad to them. Either that, or I'd waterboard them, and after, break their legs and tell them to run home. The keyword is if I find them, though. I half-hope that I don't.
This is the second time we've been robbed in the last three months. Once before in August. My mom told me not to track the thugs that did it before down, but now I'm highly suspect of it being the same people. I'm going to demand justice in a broken system, and I plan on hunting these people down. For Christs' sake my nine year old sister was in the room right next to them, asleep. They could have hurt/killed her.
It's causing my mom to cry hysterically, adding additional stress to all current situations.
If it's the last thing I do, I'm going to find these thugs and make them pay.
EA, make a game about this!
Why would you leave several thousand dollars just lying around?

This is what I pictured when I read it.
The same happened to me last year... Friggin' dickheads removed the small square glasses from the window, opened the window through the hole as if normally opening it on the lock, got in, and took some stuff.
They took a digital camera, some lame jewels in hope of being something good (have a cup of rip off, you fucks), took my game boy advance and all its games (what the fuck....) probably because it was in a pack and they thought it had money, and even took a chainsaw.... What the hell...
We found the glass they removed hidden among some cardboard sheets we had on the garage. We took it to the cops, but they couldnt do anything with it (as always...)
Its really strange how they knew how to do every step... They knew where to head to get in without any1 seeing, they knew what to do to get in, and even knew where to hide the glass... I suspect it was an old "friend" of mine, simply because I know very well he tried to steal my stuff.
Oh well...
It happens mate... Its sad, but it happens...
[sp]did you drop any good loot?[/sp]
Damn that sucks, Thats why i keep everything safe here/ lock doors+windows
