This should be the Goblin.
Dane DeHaan as Harry Osborn + the chronicle writer/director writing the Venom Movie = Dane becoming Venom. Hes such a good actor and could play it really well.
If he played carnage the creepyness would skyrocket
Something like this could work
nice cameltoe
Hah, I wanted to post that design, too. With few torn cloth pieces that design would be great in my opinion. But if they manage to make the classic look work I'll be happy, too. Wait, that one is edited. This is the original picture. [t]http://fc02.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2012/200/0/6/green_goblin_is_a_liittle_bit_insane_by_nebezial-d57twk9.jpg[/t]
Still expecting Gwen to die and turn into Carnage 0.2
Still expecting Gwen to die and turn into Carnage 0.2
I fucking hope not, have it be like the normal Marvel universe where its Cletus Kasady.
Still expecting Gwen to die and turn into Carnage 0.2
I hope she doesn't die, I don't want another emo Spiderman.
I hope she doesn't die, I don't want another emo Spiderman.
It was a major event in the comic that lead to him and Mary Jane hooking up. And since the actor playing MJ apparently said she'll have a larger role in ASM3...
doesnt mean theyll kill her, theres such a thing as breaking up and the character falling into obscurity
Not with Spider-Man. [editline]17th April 2013[/editline] With both of Spider-Mans major love interests, one died horribly because he accidentally snapped her neck, and with the other they got "divorced' through a magical dumbfuck retcon that aborted two children to save a 90 year old woman.
maybe peter dies and is replaced by donald glover as miles morales
I think Emma Stone talked about that death. http://screenrant.com/amazing-spiderman-2-emma-stone-gwen-stacy-death/
So yep we're seeing emo spidey again [editline]18th April 2013[/editline] But most importantly Are we seeing those sweet dance moves again
To be fair, the emo spidey we might see probably won't be 'emo' spidey from the third Raimi film everybody likes to talk about. Anyone can have dark moments, especially Spider Man who did canonically go through Gwen Stacy's death. Honestly, emo Spidey from 3 wasn't that emo, he just wore black, did some weird dancing and had a weird haircut. He was angry and pissed off at the Sandman during the first half and then contemplative after he realised how far he sunk.
But most importantly Are we seeing those sweet dance moves again
I don't think mankind is capable of experiencing them twice.
Does Peter's web allow electricity to run through it?
Spidey in the comics invents non-conductive webbig specifically to fight against Electro but I don't know if they're gonna through that route in this film.
One thing about this version of Spider-man. [sp]In comics he invents his own web formula but in the movie he stole few canisters of superspider web. That makes him a bit dependent on those labs. Even Raimi's Spidey had mutated wrists so he was fine.[/sp]

Even Raimi's Spidey had mutated wrists so he was fine.[/sp]
I might be offending some Spidey fans but I've always preferred the idea of organic webshooters. Just felt kinda natural to me. Why shouldn't Peter shoot webs if he can pseudoscience stick to walls, have awesome vision, spidey sense and whatever? He nearly does everything that a spider can except that. Before the dreadful retcon, Spider-Man eventually 'grew' organic webshooters. I know that people want to see him as a genius and what not, so I thought maybe an equilibrium could be found. Alright, so Spidey can organically produce web but he can't 'shoot' it or change its shape or whatever and when the web does come out, it's slow. So he invents web shooters that allows him to aim, shoot and change the shape of his web or whatever. You get the best of both worlds. Peter in this new series, has to keep digging money out of his pocket to get the synthetic web from Oscorp and how come nobody has noticed that a masked vigilante is using that exact same material from that company?
Yeah, I think TAS went with the worst option. I don't believe he actually buys them, that would be even more silly.

This movie doesn't have to follow that route at all
Not really She does not have to die at all Its a major event in one comic universe, and a few "What Ifs?" This movie doesn't have to follow that route at all
Its like, one of the most well known comic stories. I doubt they wont, especially since Norman Osborne is going to be more involved.
Well, it's not like its following the comic books to the letter Does Lizard have a British Accent? Does Peter Parker have a skateboard? Does Electro wear a hoodie? Is Scorpio made out of the Venom symbiote? No, things change. This movie is no different. As in, things will change I can't say for certain, but it would be like a giant middle finger considering she was the love interest for the entire first movie, killing her off just to introduce Mary Jane Watson for some crazy reason is a dick move

Also, Scorpion did have the Venom Symbiote in the comics.
But none of what you listed were as major or as historical as Gwen Stacy's death. It added a ton to his character and the mythos. Spider-Man: Blue does a pretty good job of Peter struggling to move on from Gwen Stacy even if he did get married to Mary Jane. Also Mary Jane was introduced before Gwen Stacy's death and was just intended to be a fun side-character which Stan Lee later liked more and more. [editline]18th April 2013[/editline] damn, kind of ninja'd by Aaron
Is Scorpio made out of the Venom symbiote?
Has that actually been confirmed? I thought it was just sort of implied or something.
They used black goo found from space. To think of it as anything else is literally retarded And, even if it is a pivotal event, I can pretty much guarantee she won't die for the simple fact that it would be a bit forced to shoehorn it in to appease hardcore comic book fans. Mary Jane and Gwen can co-exist fine But really, how is it a pivotal event? Virtually EVERY non-main continuity has an alive Gwen Stacey. Every show, game, and film. [editline]18th April 2013[/editline] Also, "Its like, one of the most well known comic stories." is a bad argument I doubt that's the reason. The only people who would know that are, as I said, comic book fans, and the films are meant to be accessible for a wider audience. Because, otherwise, they'd just make the movie into a comic book.
Well it's a well known and a pivotal moment for the growth of Spider-Man. Emma Stone wants Gwen Stacy accidentally killed by Spidey because it adds a lot besides the chance for romance between Parker and Mary Jane. Also why do you keep calling it 'shoe-horned'? I can guarantee you that she will probably won't die in this film and Mary Jane will only get a small role. Also, bringing up the show or the films isn't a good argument either. Gwen Stacy only had a minor role in the third film, the shows were made for kids and besides they also planned her death in the Spectacular Spider-Man series. She died in the Ultimate continuity too.
Meh. I still think she won't die, and have tons of reasons to think so Poor Peter
We will just have to wait and see. I'll admit that I'm biased because Mary Jane is one of my faves and I totally adore her introduction in the comics (they cannot not use that) but I won't throw a neckbeard fit if Gwen Stacy and Parker just break up and go their separate ways. They would both mature in a way I guess.
