That'd be Passchendaele. That movie is pretty crappy though, a really cheesy and generic warmovie.
Trench stalemates aren't my interest but the one about christmas was pretty cool.

I watched it in school, too. But I couldn't hear the movie because my history class is SO gifted. Their comments about WWI being Europe vs. Japan and asking whether this movie was set in China drowned it out. Oh joy.
Anyway what I managed to see of it was pretty good. I'll probably rent it or something so I can see the whole thing.
