Get some good evidence to prove they were doing it, get a lawyer, and sue them and sue the school board for not doing anything. If they aren't stopping and the school isn't doing anything then you should really take some action that is going to screw them.

The high school I went to was pretty gay. Mainly the football and soccer team, they do a lot gay things like create massage lines and play soccer with the soap in the shower, and they'd have long talks about penis. It was all in a manner to make fun of such extremes, but a lot of people who were taking part in it thought certain people were going way to far with it. It was really weird.
A few guys liked to try to do this crap to me because they didn't like me, I would either tell them off, avoid them, or hurt them in some way. They were looking for reactions and I tried not to give any. If I was to go back I'd be less passive. The reason why I was likely being targeted was because I'm overly passive and won't reply back to people who insult me, and also because I didn't have any friends around. They did this at wrestling tournaments and I didn't have many friends on the team. It wasn't at all an issue with me being weak because these guys were pushovers at practice.

For example, I'm in a child development class and we have preschoolers come to our class two days a week so that we can observe them. Uh you would be surprised. If you've never been sexual harassed you wouldn't really know. True sexual harassment is a big deal. Most people are too scared or ashamed to do anything, they usually don't want to make it worse in their minds.
