My brother always sleep talks, I can hear him through the wall every other night. Sometimes it's very fluent and he sounds like he's having an actual conversation with someone in his room when he's the only one there. Very creepy.
My mom always talks in her sleep and she is able to have coherent (somewhat) conversations. One instance I remember she was saying the sandwiches were up the street and we needed to get them or they were going to be put in jail. It went on for about half an hour and I can have some funny ass conversations with her. I'd record one for you guys but she has a boyfriend now so she doesn't sleep on the couch as often, she sleeps in her bedroom so, that's a no-go.
My little brother does it all the time, it's kinda odd.
I was told about how when I was younger I sat up, put my hands out and said '£2 please' in an Indian accent.

And once one of my friends got up and tried to dig through the floor like he was a dog.
My brother sleep talks. Usually gibberish, but I will never forget the night he screamed "OH GOD LISA IT FEELS SO GOOD."
My brother started signing the song from 'Thomas the Tank engine' once.
He was actually sleeping
My brother used to always sleeptalk.
One day he started flinging his arms around wildly screaming "WHERES THE SCARECROW"
I just slept over at a friends house, and in the morning they told me I was making sex noises in my sleep.
Fucking embarrassing shit man, what makes it worse I can't even recall having a dream. ):
not sleeptalking but my brother fell asleep while he was talking
I once said loudly "Don't forget the stuff... Stuff stuff stuff stuff... Stuff stuff stuff" while asleep in a room full of people
Sometimes it's hard not to talk when you are dreaming of a magical adventure.
I do this all the time, people have had conversations with me.
One evening I was playing Poker with my brother, I was 8 year old, and I didn't know what card was one card I was holding, my brother said: "It's ace you fucking retard..
and then 4 AM I hear him say "IT'S ACE YOU FUCKING RETARD!!"
My younger brother does it all the time. I've woke myself up by talking too.
Wikipedia says that 50% of young children do it and 4% of grown adults do it, so it's pretty common.
In a hotel at the middle of the night, I yelled DAD, and woke my parents up. I didn't know till they told me.
Once during a lan-party, a friend of mine fell asleep on his mattress. We continued to sit in front of our computers when he starts sleeptalking in a really tired voice. It went something like this:
- <guy's name>, how do you... spawn bots?
- .. what?
- How do you... spawn bots..
- Ehm... type bot in console.
- Thanks...
I know this might not be exactly sleeptalking, but he wasn't aware that he said it and he was at least nearly asleep. I don't think he was messing with us, he was most likely just really tired.
Once my mom yelled really loud "AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH". Scared the shit out of me thought someone broke in or some shit. So i ran out there and found she was sleeping.
Also, her ass talked in her sleep once. It said "BRRRRRRRGGHH".
I did it once on vacation. It woke everyone up and was laughing at me. I only found out the next morning that the reason they were laughing was because I was meowing in my sleep.
My brother went to bed last night.
Apparently I once said "I'll make the trampoline tomorrow!" as though I was begging someone.. weird.
Apparently I do it a lot. :saddowns:
My brother's mumbled in his sleep a couple of times, but nothing really interesting.
I once yelled really loud NOOOOO! THE RED NOT THE YELLOW! and I woke up while screaming and I thought it was someone behind me, I nearly shat my pants because of the word yellow.
my brother was once talking about impregnating his girlfriend. he didnt believe me when i told him.
I once yelled so loud in my sleep, i woke up my entire apartment complex, here's an artist rendition:
My friend would sleep talk sometimes. Its funny as fuck to have a conversation with him at 1 AM.
yea omg thats sooo late!!!!!
stupid.
My brother does this sometimes. One time it went like this:
Brother: "You would have to pay extra."
Me: "Pay for wha-"
"Shut up"
"...you're the one who woke me-"
"Wait"
"What are you talking about anyways?"
"I don't know"
The next morning I told him about it, and he didn't remember a thing.
This thread is stupid. Sleep talking isn't anything new. I sleeptalk. It's no big deal
I had a friend sleeping over once and in the middle of the night he said "Let's play Left 4 Dead" in his sleep. I was freaked out and proceeded to do so. He was still asleep though. :ohdear:
I once said weird shit in my sleep like:
"Quickly, down the chimney"
and
"No, the eggs cannot windsurf"
Weird shit.
