What programs are good (and free) for making gifs with custom frame times?
I had access to photoshop cc for about 1 hour because I started a trial a few months ago.
Gimp messes up the pixels for some reason.
I have an old version photoshop elements, but that only allows 1 frame interval for the whole gif.
I ask because I've been sitting on one psd I want to gififfy and my only option is to try and use Gimp again, and I want to know if there are better alternatives.

I would suggest you try an emote to convey "Abort Thread."
No offense to slayer, I like the concept. But it could be executed better.
That doubt emote is fucking ace.
If the face doesn't work, I'd suggest using a blue x with or without the doubt text by it.
