Oh, I already revised the nagging issues I had with it. Here's the updated version: [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/eQmsIIw.png[/IMG]
I changed the colour of the dark pixels around its eyes to match those around its head, made its eyes dark brown to be consistent with all the other emotes, defined its cheeks better, and added a shadow to define the lower lip.

The mouth needs to be more like the original, And the eyes a bit smaller maybe. Other than that it's great.
Hand could be made bigger or a bit more detached.
Plus the smile lacks a bit of cheeky-ness, but that's personal preference.

To be honest, I'm not sure how much I could change the mouth. I tried changing it at the original angle, but the only ones that looked right were basically just "the original, but the middle is shifted one pixel in some direction".
And with them being at this level, if I try to add a bit of lift to one side, it looks like the smirk of a crazy person. If I try making it larger, it just looks weird.
I think the original tilt with the mouth being a little different looks better, but I don't think postal would count that as being different enough.

Perhaps I should've made something I saw a use for rather than the first thing I thought of. Then again, we have a wok.
It's my first time playing through Postal 2, and I thought it'd be nice to get an "END PROTESTING" sign as an emoticon. (it'd have more uses than being an inside joke) The problem is, I don't know how to do it with the dimension restrictions, and it makes me sad. :(
