Don't you think the border makes it easier to see though? The postbit background is mostly white and the top of the flag blends in.

I don't think it's necessary, and it is just more to the image. It seems more [I]emoticon-y[/I] without the outlining. Plus, with it darkened, it stands out well enough. I've looked at it on two different laptops, 2 desktops, and a cell phone and I can see it clearly.

So there were a couple emotes posted in here that seemed to be received positively but then were never included in a wave, what's the deal with that? Did they get rejected, or what? That DeVito emote comes to mind.

devito was voided due to winner being a schmuck. i don't know what other emots you're referring to but it was probably because they were SA recolors. i'm way behind on updating the OP for this wave but i'll get to it eventually

i feel like the teeth on the remade Q emote should be teeth-colored, and not the same color as the skin, but otherwise it looks p good

and the rest of the emotes are rly good, also

I think the one without the eyebrows looks better. Perhaps speed up the animation a bit though? If I were to glance over it in a thread I might miss the fact it is animated.
