Yeah probably. if someone wants to make a base (that isn't just the base of an SA emoticon) then i'd be happy to add it to the op for people that want to use it. There's a reason I asked for more additions to the OP, I'm just getting the ball rolling. But at the same time it's not like SA is consistent with their emoticons lol.

you should give them a border like the SA ones and very tiny amounts of whitening, only its smooth, unlike the SA ones, that way they're totally distinct from them
