I like it. Like some people pointed out, mine is way over the top and her design is a bit busy. She could be a good video game antagonist, but that's pretty much it. I'll try something a bit more down to earth later.

No, I agree that it was way over the top. It's just that I think FNR's one might just be a bit too far the other way. Middleground plox.

Stole her dad's old uniform in an attempt to stand out, has an odd obsession with gas masks and firearms, tends to get into pointless fights over silly arguments (and lost a few teeth because of that), tries to have fun with other people but is generally seen as weird and immature despite being actually pretty likeable.

Sorry to nitpick, but why the big nose exactly? Also Vivian has freckles, so should we avoid making a character that has freckles too? Don't get me wrong, I love freckles.

after i was told to make it subtle, i edited things in the drawing (removed gasmask, Edited shirt colors for example), added a Ratings bracelet around her arm and stuf. again while half asleep

If you do gas-mask, then probably do a mouth only one, rather then full face, or make eyes visible through the glass.
Creating characters with no face-what-so-ever is probably a bad idea.
Also gingers and red cloths isn't a very good combination.
