That cat is not marketable as some may think.Two this is a character that would represent Facepunch as a whole. /v/ could do vivan james because while tgeir are many threads it ia one board. A masked character allows for the represention of all boards on Facepunch. You might like that cat but regulars of Fast Threads and Videos might not, which would lead to aliennation of other detonators. The character would have to go through revisions to make its Facepunch orgion more stuble. Ideally there should be a website wide staw pole where a chacter could be deiced on. Whether or not the character in question has any facepunch call backs or not it still represents us as a commmunity. I think it would be a tragedy if we used a meme. I guess my point is Facepunh deserves an actual character, and try to avoid memes. Also I think it is a Kamen Rider. Im at work let me get home and devlep my thoughts some more on the marketability of a character and vivan james.

It's worth considering for these designs that we probably can't include the Facepunch logo. They could probably design a knock off to use, and if it is obscured enough it might not matter, but it should probably be kept in mind that these characters are going to be used in a game. And facepunch is an actual company, which makes games, and may not want to be associated with whatever game it goes into, not to even mention the actual legal issues that might have to be dealt with.

If we're going to get a character into a game, I wouldn't want it to be something that caused hundreds of bans and is the epitome of generic. Do you seriously think a generic cat with no discerning attributes is good character design?

at least it reached its goal. Will we reach ours? as for character designs I think the generic nerd girl that keeps getting thrown around isn't very interesting FNR's / Masked Puncher / A Cat are my three favorites.
