If you don't have close relatives to get you in, I'd say you'd need to check an immigration website. A lot of the time, you can only immigrate to countries (From what i've read) If you have some skill/profession, such as teaching, being a doctor, etc. If you just want to move and work at the local deli selling sammiches, you'll be near the bottom of the list to get in
