Okay, time for my comment.
Singapore is fucking small, which makes it ideal for travelling on public transport. This is also why houses, cars are fucking expensive, as compared to US.
Our education here is pretty good, and from some Americans, I heard its better here. We are following the british GCE O Level, which most of the old commonwealth countries adopt. But, alot of foreign people come here to study, mainly because we are one of the best in SEA. So alot of people will hate you, unless you are white. Which you will get alot of chicks. But, I have no fucking idea why all the foreign people goes to a International School. Its much more expensive.
Its fucking hot down here, so foreign people living in colder climates might not like it.
Our public transportation is fucking good, since we are in a small country. It takes 5 minutes or less for the public metro train to arrive.
As for entertainment, don't expect much. Its pretty fucking boring. There's not much history, or any sightseeing to do. Just that you get shitloads of shopping malls everywhere. My town has 3 shopping malls within a 5 minutes walk. Or travel to Malaysia.
People here are often shit. We are mostly made up of a bunch of dicks, who cares too much. Drop a piece of paper on the floor? We'll snap a picture of you, and complain about it. If you want to know more, go here:

Food here is pretty cheap, and since we are located in SEA, we have a fucking wide range of food. Any foreigner here would love it here. But 1 stupid thing that people always do is they go to fucking expensive places to try out local food. Most of the time, its shit.
No one here really gives a shit about Politics here. The ruling party has been in power for over 40-50 years, and the prime minister, is still in power, although to a different position. All the other parties are all shit.
If you become a resident here, you have to go through National Service, for 2 years. If you decide to escape from it, they lock you up, and then force you to serve it.
Oh, and crime here is harsh. Drugs here are fucking hard to get in, since amount as small as 500 g gets you the death sentence. Killing someone gets you the death sentence, robbing, stealing gets you around 2-7 years of sentence, and caning. Smoking or drinking under 18 gets you into jail as well. You can't chew gum, but no one gives a shit. Everyone here chew gum from Malaysia.
Oh, and we are fucking strict on weapons. No bullets, knives or any shit is allowed into Singapore.
Health care here is pretty good, since we have shitloads of clinics everywhere.
Oh, and just for your info, Our currency, SGD just exceeded USD. It is 1.26 SGD to USD now.

The US is number 1 in crime rates, Russia is second or third place and Germany is like the fourth. France and UK are not that far behind at all. But are not in the slightest close to the US in crime rates.
Also a recent poll revealed that the largest obese percentage is currently in the UK.
