Never watched any of these, but damn it I want too. Can anyone tell me what happened to Robin after this?
After looking at this thread, I immediately watched this movie on Netflix instant view. It had the uncut version and everything. I really enjoyed it. I was a big fan of the Batman Beyond series when I was in elementary school.
Why did they censor so many things in the other version?

As a cartoon, it was aimed at a young audience, so I imagine they wanted to keep it at a PG level.
Batman is awesome.
It would have been a better movie if [sp]Robin actually was the joker. No microchip shit.[/sp]
6.22 now surely she would have to reload
they showed the uncut version on cartoon network in australia
Oh fuck, that was epic. :regd09:
one of the most memorable moments in television history for me.
The censored version of this death is pretty retarded. He slipped and electrocuted himself.
I remember watching this as a kid, didn't sleep well that night.
I did spot some mistakes like how Joker had a knife in his hand in the censored version, while he didn't in other frames.
"Sweetie, get mommy's bazooka."
Classic.
[QUOTE=MrAfroShark70;24247649]This reminds me of this time I was on a server in TF2 and this guy kept on playing a soundclip that was like, "ONE DAY BATMANS PARENTS GOT KILLED, BATMAN WAS PISSED OFF AND DECIDED TO FIGHT CRIME, THAT DAY BATMAN BECAME BATMAN."
But I can't find out where that is from.

This doesn't have the exact words, but it's still a great song.

Indeed. There's a video comparing both versions somewhere.
The DCAU's Batman is still my favorite Batman. I must have watched this movie 20 times at least when I was younger, but I don't think I ever realized how dark it was.
I remembered this movie and playing the Batman Beyond game on my old Gameboy SP. Brings back memories.

There should be some kind of petition to revive the universe back.

Indeed. I'm fairly sure that in a relatively recent (maybe a year ago) interview, one of the writers (I think it was Bruce Timm) said that a return to the universe isn't impossible, but who knows when that would happen?
Did he say anything else? Like how they would do it?
