The man makes a good point. Off to the rebel camp!
Lolno, we're staying right here.
hm seems like a trap

WOOT! sorry had to say that
You guys are basically Nexus's thought control. Right now, it's me mostly. You can still give a general sense of what you want him to do though. It's temporary. :3
Just stay here. Us saving the world is more important then some rebels.

Creator's Note: Sorry guys, this interactive is headed for a downfall from here. Unless you guys can come up for a reason to continue it, I'm going to drop it and observe Tomtyke's. He's probably going to take my readers anyways with his interactive. This thing has been going on for 3 and a half months running and I hate to stop it here. It's been alive longer than almost any interactive in this section, but people seem to like Tomtyke's more. Part 2 started 4 weeks ago. There hasn't even been over 250 updates! Part 1 had 900 and some. This isn't going well, and it's probably going to get worse. We're almost at another autolock. People are going to get sick about this running so long, and I don't think this will be done in 50 pages.
Tanlon can wait, it's either risk an ambush or save the planet.
Everyone, let's load up.
If you have an SMG, swap it out for one of the others (there's only, like, two.)
If you have a sniper, or are good at a sniper, please pick up an auto.
If your name's David, please take a Ranger, two taped together Machetes, and a Rocket Launcher.
Us? We get the Firehound, Compact Assault Rifle, and the armour or whatever it is.
Let's do this! (/jk, you guys pick. I'm just trying for "lowest amount possible" in terms of items. Not weight.)
[editline]8th May 2011[/editline]
Um, yeah, what? Who's Tomtyke?
Joking aside (sorta, who is he?), don't quit this interactive. As far as I can tell, he "hopped on" after you (or I could be totally wrong, but w/e). You're so close to the summer! And no one seems to be sick of it!!!
Please, just keep going. I mean, really, we're your fanbase. We love you, and stuff. And we haven't even gotten to the Nexus + David + Steve in a bed scene! /jk
But really, please don't quit. Finals = almost over. Summer awaits! Updates galore!! And, if all else fails, we can document/copy+paste this into another, totally different, non-forum website. Really!
/rant. Don't quit. Please. :c
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! dont drop the interactive!!!!!!!!! IT IS TOO AWESOME!
Ok, here is a reason to continue: this interactive is awesome and I'm sure the people reading this agrees. I agree that the interactive isn't as good as its beginning but please bear with me, we all want to see the ending. This will be one of the few interactives to ever finish in this forum. Please rovar, as a friend you never met before, I beg of you to continue. Think of the children.
NOOO DONT END!! D:
anyway, my interactive isn't updated as regulary as yours,
yours has epic charachters
heaps of people
it had a depr reference
and i have heaps of school work to get done...
@Smooth Jazz: You admitted yourself that Tomtyke's was better. And I agree with you! :3
I'm not mad or sad, it's bound to happen. Tomtyke's has sooo much potential, it would be better if I pooled my time and resources into how he's doing his interactive. I'll start another one in future (maybe) but it won't be Madness. it will be different.
@Everyone: I'll give you a picture of how it ends with the faction you guys chose, how's that?
My interactive NEVER went to page 2, or even off the screen at the very top and I never had to bump it because of low requests. It was all because of my amazing readers and viewers. Tomtyke will carry on with the same thing, and I doubt he'll fail to update. He's doing an amazing job. He's taking whatever I had, and improving it. And if something awesome is improved more, shouldn't that be praised more?
@Tomtyke: I too, have to juggle school work. Yours has hardly even started, and it's already gained more viewers than I have until like halfway through mine! You can't say yours doesn't have any of those, because it hasn't been running as long. Just wait.

If you stop, I will be forced to watch daytime television which is a fate I wouldn't wish my worst enemy. Anyway, even if people start leaving your interactive, that's how all interactives had to start. People insulting your interactive and having one post every 30 minutes. You have to pull through. Just because no one plays twisted metal anymore doesn't mean a sequel should never be made. Aw, forget it. I respect your decision rovar. Do what you want, its your interactive.

If I stop, you'll read Tomtyke's, amIrite? I'm trying my hardest to pull through, but I think Gregah was right about mine. :/
It should have been done better from the start.
Anyways, random people somehow got my e-mail and are telling me not to stop. Since I have to listen to my readers and viewers because I love them so much. Guess I can't.
60,000 views... Yaayyy.....

OIOIOI. Here:
You both keep doing your respective interactives. In fact, I have an idea. Although, it probably will be shot down like a Russian Spy plane...
Tomtyke's and your interactive should be in the (semi)same universe. However, his is more on the other side of the world/Tapis/whatever.
I think I'll subscribe to both. It's like watching Saturday morning cartoons: You watch Bugs Bunny, then you watch Tom and Jerry. :D
noooo :(
i love your interactive, it was yours that made me want to do one
and my interactive is set in the world of darkness, it's going to take some real work to modify rovars to mine, and i modify mine to his it'll remove 3/4 of the story i have planned :(

Hmm... Actually, that would be pretty damn cool.
A collaboration, on 2 different interactives...

mabe we could both make another interactive later, i have more ideas, than zombies
and rovar, look up world of darkness, its such a ritch world to tell stories in, its hard not to make a good one
theres zombies, vampires, werewolves, demons, changelings, ghosts, ghasts, sin eaters, hunters and a whole hellov alot more that i havent discovered yet
Let's put it this way, the fallen are a lot more dangerous that C&A. If rebels die, then C&A have more land/territory. But if we let the Fallen live, they are just gonna kick our sorry asses, and a force that powerful will rain much more terror than CandA

dont stop your madness series!
first lets see the armor that steve found.
o damn too slow, i didnt even know that Tomtyke had an interactive but you do what you want couse its yours, if you want to end it then do it couse its your interactive and i understand, i would like for it to continue but if you end this and make another interactive then i bet you would make it better than this one but its your chioce.
Personally, I understand why you'd want to stop doing this interactive...
...BUT THAT'S TOO BAD. YOU DON'T GET TO STOP.
Seriously, though. This interactive is the reason I joined facepunch. I hardly even knew what facepunch was before krinkels linked it. I've really come to enjoy not only participating in the story but seeing all the twists you throw in to screw with us. I can't speak for everyone else, but I feel that without some closure from this series, I'd feel empty inside. Seriously. That's how interested I am in this interactive. If you truly feel that you'll never continue this interactive, I implore you to continue the story! I don't care how you do it; short stories, flashes, etc., but I MUST know what becomes of Nexus and his group. I can't pretend that I know what it's like to work on something as big as this, but believe me when I say I understand that it must be very taxing on you. Whether you decide to continue it or not, know that I admire you for what you have done.
rovar, if you quit, y don't you work with Tomtyke to make a super interactive. Maybe make a cross over of both? 2 creative minds are better than 1.
